AKASYA Studios started in 2023 as a basement studio - just a lashing bed in a corner of our sewing room. Since then, we expanded the home studio until we reached a pivotal turning point in our development: How do we keep growing to give our clients the best service? It soon became clear that big changes were needed. So in March 2026, we opened our first location in Port Credit, Mississauga.

We know that you care about putting your best foot forward every day, and we are here to make that as easy as possible for you. We have found that two major influences on our confidence are (1) our face and (2) our clothes. Our services are carefully designed to streamline the process of being that girl.​​

Vision
AKASYA Studios is a dream come true for our founder. Akasia. Passionate about all things beauty and fashion, she knew from a young age that she wanted to run a business where people would walk away saying "Wow, I love it!" Akasia apprenticed in the fashion industry to hone her skills as a tailor. She got certified in 2022 as a lash artist. And she is committed to learning how best to manage a successful business. When Akasia took her first lash client in 2023 and saw the joy on their face when they experienced their transformation, she knew that she had come upon something special - something that can make a world of difference.
With the opening of our Port Credit location in March 2026, we feel honored to be able to help as many women as possible look and feel their best.
